Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi pendidik dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada anak usia dini sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) yang meliputi kemampuan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, berpikir kritis, mampu berkomunikasi, dan kemampuan mengambil keputusan. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Gugus 5 Kecamatan Pandaan. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri tahapan (a) persiapan pelatihan; (b) sosialisasi; (c) pelaksanaan; (d) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil PKM ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan pre-test dan post-test tentang kemampuan guru membuat worksheet berbasis masalah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam membuat worksheet yang sebelumnya hanya menyesuaikan dengan tema pembelajaran menjadi berbasis masalah.
