Pemberdayaan Anggota Yayasan melalui Pelatihan Partisipatif-Aktif Motivasi Kewirausahaan untuk Memulai Usaha Mikro Pada Yayasan Alkaf, Bandung, Jawa Barat

Kewirausahaan merupakan pilar krusial bagi pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial regional, terutama di Indonesia di mana sektor UMKM berkontribusi signifikan terhadap PDB dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, potensi besar ini sering kali terhambat oleh faktor psikologis seperti ketakutan akan kegagalan, rendahnya motivasi, serta kurangnya literasi kewirausahaan dalam menyusun rencana bisnis. Yayasan Alkaf yang bergerak dalam bidang sosial-keagamaan menghadapi masalah rendahnya keberanian berusaha dan literasi kewirausahaan sehingga diperlukan pelatihan sebagai suatu bentuk pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan keberanian berusaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengatasi hambatan psikologis dan rendahnya literasi kewirausahaan pada anggota Yayasan Alkaf. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif-aplikatif, 60 peserta yang terdiri dari pengurus, anggota yayasan, dan masyarakat sekitar dilatih untuk mentransformasikan ide menjadi aksi nyata melalui unit usaha mikro. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi yang mencakup motivasi mengenai urgensi berwirausaha serta praktik penyusunan model bisnis menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Hasil dari pelatihan mengindikasikan peningkatan wawasan dan keberanian berusaha para peserta. Evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelatihan berada pada kategori "Sangat Baik", meskipun terdapat masukan agar materi lebih disesuaikan dengan contoh nyata di lingkungan pesantren dan teknis pelaksanaan dilakukan lebih tepat waktu. Secara teoretis, pendidikan kewirausahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keberanian mengambil risiko, membangun kepercayaan diri, dan mengurangi rasa takut gagal. Program lanjutan dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan atau inkubasi guna meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi anggota yayasan dan masyarakat setempat.
