Pelatihan Daur Ulang Sampah Berbasis Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle sebagai Media Pembelajaran Inovatif untuk Anak Usia Dini di Kecamatan Talawi Kota Sawahlunto

Permasalahan sampah dan rendahnya pemanfaatan bahan daur ulang dalam pembelajaran mendorong perlunya penguatan kompetensi guru PAUD melalui pelatihan berbasis konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang serta mempraktikkan media pembelajaran berbasis 3R yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan 1 hari (10 JP) pada 20 Agustus 2025 di TK Pembina Salak, Kecamatan Talawi, Kota Sawahlunto, melibatkan 20 guru perwakilan dari 14 lembaga dalam naungan KKG TK Kecamatan Talawi. Desain kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi tentang isu lingkungan, konsep 3R, dan inovasi media AUD, diikuti empat sesi praktik: pembuatan kertas daur ulang, alat musik marakas dari botol bekas, maket gunung meletus untuk eksperimen sains, serta maket lingkungan/pemandangan alam. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket kepuasan, dokumentasi karya, serta wawancara singkat dan testimoni peserta. Hasil menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif peserta, peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan merancang media 3R, serta lahirnya produk media yang siap diterapkan di kelas. Kegiatan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan praktis berbasis lingkungan efektif memperkuat literasi lingkungan dan keterampilan pedagogis guru PAUD, sekaligus menanamkan keberlanjutan lingkungan dalam praktik pembelajaran sehari-hari.
